Cook the Chaos | The Stash

This is The Stash. When your game begins, you can all stuff it with some starting gear. The idea is that once you've picked up some coins & loot out on your travels throughout The Realm, 10% of it should be donated to The Stash so that others can benefit. We're all in this together, right? And so, characters can borrow from The Stash, as long as they return or replace it, or something of equivalent value, if they’ve survived to the end of the session.

 

Remember that in this game, the player(s) from session to session might change depending on who can attend or on who’s up for playing. So with The Stash, the group as a whole might want to vote on how it’s borrowed from, maintained, or spent. For example, they might agree that the group as a whole starts to employ some hirelings who stay in The Keep (or in the lowly barracks outside) and who might then be available if needed to flesh out a smaller party in a session. Or the coin might be spent on an arcane library, or an alchemy lab for potions, or an armoury, and the like. Here’s a suggested initial list for what might be in The Stash to begin with...
