for physical items

If you're picking something up which includes a downloadable file, that will be available to you at checkout, and will also be emailed to you to download. Please let me know if you experience any issues.

For any physical items you pick up, I use Royal Mail for all parcels, and when you get to shipping at checkout and the parcel will be getting posted overseas from the UK, you'll have two options, Standard shipping and International Economy. You can choose either option depending on how quickly you'd like your purchase to be delivered. 

For items sent by Standard shipping, average UK delivery times using second class post should be within 5 working days of shipping, and international orders should be delivered within 10 working days of shipping. However, given the large amount of things that can affect postal delivery I ask that UK customers allow 10 days for delivery and that international customers allow 30 days. I've found that usually it takes less time than that.

For items sent by International Economy where you're happy to wait a while longer for your purchase, the times vary by destination. Royal Mail aims to deliver to North America within 6 weeks (but experience has shown it to be as little as 11 days!), to Western Europe in 2 weeks, to Eastern Europe by 5 weeks, to South America, Africa & Asia by 8 weeks, and to Australia by 12 weeks.

Orders are not shipped or delivered usually on weekends or holidays. If I'm experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, I'll contact you via email.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout, and I do everything I can to keep the shipping costs as low as possible for you. The cost is set by Royal Mail and I don't make any profit from it, and the cost will depend on the total weight of your package being posted.

I'm not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Also, I'm not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
