Feel free to think beyond the usual fantasy weaponry and describe how different your gear, weapons, and armour are from the usual. Personalise your stuff with aesthetic mods, paint jobs, and even names for flavour. Be proud of your gear, even though, if you’re being really honest, it’s a piece of crap!
Unarmed strikes will cause 1d6 - 1 damage, although this modifier can be adjusted if the striker is strong or really weak.
Just playing a one-shot? If your group plans to play for one session and you’d all prefer for better weapons & armour to be less aspirational, something your characters can start off able to afford, rather than aiming to achieve in the game once they get their hands on enough coins, bargain & agree with the GM to reduce and adjust the prices as you all see fit.
to hit something, roll 4 or above on 1d6 + or - the ‘to hit’ modifier for your...thing.
what's next?
Right, so that's you got a hittin' tool or more to whack with. Next up then, you'll need some whack blunters to wear in case you're the one getting whacked!
...or return to the start of souls of the chaos.
