hireling broker | what's kicking off in town? | faction rumbles | ambush setter | what's that creature up to?
hireling broker
At some point, some bright spark in the party's likely to pipe up and say we're short on numbers. If the plan, then, is to try and grab some hirelings to shove between the party and inevitable danger & death, click the button here and roll one up on the spot. More than likely, this will be arranged through a broker, like a guildmaster, or even just some dude who knows some local idiots who are desperate for coin and willing to lay their lives on the line for it.
what's kicking off in town?
If the party finds itself in The Town, other than any rumour or job it's following up, you might need something to throw at the players to convey the utter chaos that's inherent in this place. So click to find out what's happening right now as the party arrives, and see where that takes you all.
faction rumbles
As you'll know, nothing in The Realm revolves around the party...unless the players start shaping things themselves. So if the party picks up that something's going down between two factions, yep, you can bet it's got nothing to do with the party, but also yep, it soon will be if it gets involved. So hit the button and see what's up.
ambush setter
Need to set up an ambush for the party? Here's a generator that does just that. Click the button and you'll get some inspiration for an encounter that'll get the characters in some real juicy trouble!
what's that creature up to?
The creature creation process in this game should give you enough sparks to broil up something in the moment that gives the party plenty to handle. But if you're stuck for what the creature you've created is actually doing when the party encounters it, or how it might react during any conflict, fire up this generator and see what flies.
